ShiatsuA traditional hands-on Japanese technique

A hands-on technique that uses the power of touch, pressure and stretches; this works on the body’s systems to enable the person to connect with the inner ability to self-recovery.

This method incorporates techniques of anma (Japanese traditional massage), acupressure, stretching and western manipulation.

Shiatsu, which can be translated as ‘finger pressure’, has been described as ‘needle-free acupuncture’. To receive Shiatsu is deeply relaxing and yet invigorating and can help relieving a number of physical conditions.
